You may use openBIMGame for legitimate personal, educational, and professional purposes while respecting the law, other users, and the integrity of the service.
In particular, you must not:
- Automate answers, alter scores, or manipulate leaderboards.

Educational content
Challenges and solutions are provided for educational and informational purposes. They do not replace official buildingSMART documentation, applicable standards, or advice from a qualified professional.
IFC standards evolve, and interpretations may differ by version, tool, or use case. We aim to correct errors brought to our attention.
Scores and leaderboards
Scores are calculated according to the rules displayed in the service, including retry penalties. Your public name, points, and certain results may appear on leaderboards.
IfcAddict may recalculate, correct, or void results where there is a technical error, abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.

Your display name must be lawful and respectful. It must not include third-party data, discriminatory expressions, threats, or content that misrepresents your identity or affiliation.
You grant IfcAddict permission to display that name within the service while your account remains active, solely to operate profiles, results, and leaderboards.

Third-party trademarks, standards, documents, and linked resources belong to their respective owners. References do not imply sponsorship or affiliation.
Availability and service changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, incidents, or third-party provider limitations may occur.
We may change features, rules, content, or technical requirements to improve the service, strengthen security, or comply with legal changes.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, IfcAddict is not liable for professional decisions based solely on educational content or for indirect damage caused by interruptions or use contrary to these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may restrict or suspend an account when necessary to investigate fraud, protect security, comply with a legal duty, or stop a material breach.
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account and data under the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, providers, or applicable law. The current version date appears at the beginning.
Where a change is material, we will aim to provide visible notice before it takes effect. Continued use means accepting the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law and applicable European Union legislation.
Disputes will be submitted to the courts determined by applicable procedural rules, always respecting mandatory consumer jurisdiction.
